been using white flood along with green magnitude, golden gains, and that fish oil stuff. i like it, gives me good pump and focus without making me feel jittery unlike NOxplode

I've never used pre workouts before, i don't know what i'm getting myself into, but lately i've been having shitty workouts and i cant complete my full sets.

it will definitely help get you into "the zone", i would just recommend trying to workout mid afternoon at the latest, if you take it late it will definitely keep you up at night

Yup I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard.

The Vanilla was good at first & after a 1 lb. tub I'm sick of it, unfortunately I ordered 2 1 lb. tubs from Amazon for like $20.

Mint Chocolate was pretty good, heard regular choco was pretty good too.

Jacked by USP Labs is the best pre workout.

i personally hated jack3d, it gave me terrible headaches and i don't like that it has 1,3-Dimeth in it. i'll stick with white flood or sugar free red bull.

GOLDENi i've heard good things about assault, i'm planning on buying a tub soon.

First time using Assault yesterday before a workout & it felt great! The thing I like about Assault is that it doesn't have much stimulants like Jack3D. I was focused & definitely pushed harder.


Also Shred Matrix made me piss like every 20 mins. lol, seems to be doing its job. The hunger supression worked great, I wasn't that hungry the whole day.

Bump this shit up, wtf.

Anyways it was Day 2 of using ASSAULT for me & damn, I can tell you guys this shit is serious. The pump & focus I got with it was crazy, definitely pushed more weight.

Also Day 4 of SHRED MATRIX & that shit is working great. Fucking pissing like a race horse & the hunger suppression is fucking great.

Heard of that, heard you could lose mad weight doing that but you gotta eat the carbs smartly. I never did that, don't know how it works.
