Someone critique my diet plz
5am - 1 cup oats with whey shake (pre workout)
730am - 1 cup oats with whey shake (post workout)
945am - 1 cup brown rice, 6 oz chicken breast
1pm - 1 cup brown rice, 6 oz chicken breast
4pm - 1 cup broccoli or any other green veggie, 6 oz chicken breast
7pm - 1 cup broccoli or any other green veggie, 6 oz chicken breast
10pm - casein protein shake
I drink between 1 gallon and 1.5 gallons of water a day
That's what I eat on workout days (5 days a week)
On days that I don't work out its basically the same shit but I replace all the oats and brown rice with green vegetables, and yes I know my foods are bland as hell.
