I seriously have to get more protein in my diet. Only avg. around 125-150 per day.
I use protein shakes & eat chicken & also eggs in the morning. Any other good sources for protein?

go buy skinless chicken breast at the supermarket. they're about 120 calories with 22-26 grams of protein per serving. good if you're scared of mercury poisoning from tuna.

Yes, it helps stack up your gains along with whey protein but you take casein at night because the protein in casein is set to break down much slower giving your muscles nutrients over a amount of time.

Someone critique my diet plz

5am - 1 cup oats with whey shake (pre workout)
730am - 1 cup oats with whey shake (post workout)
945am - 1 cup brown rice, 6 oz chicken breast
1pm - 1 cup brown rice, 6 oz chicken breast
4pm - 1 cup broccoli or any other green veggie, 6 oz chicken breast
7pm - 1 cup broccoli or any other green veggie, 6 oz chicken breast
10pm - casein protein shake

I drink between 1 gallon and 1.5 gallons of water a day

That's what I eat on workout days (5 days a week)

On days that I don't work out its basically the same shit but I replace all the oats and brown rice with green vegetables, and yes I know my foods are bland as hell.

"regular" protein (fast-acting) is more beneficial for you in the morning than casein
