Yeah push to that 3rd mile. I currently do 5 and I burn almost 800 calories per run with that distance.

I'm going to be out of the country for 3 weeks and I won't have access to a gym. Is there any thing I could do to keep my weight down besides eating healthy?

I needed some casein protein for night time cause I hate cottage cheese.

With no access to the gym it's gonna be hard, but do body weight exercises. Pushups, pullups, situps, Bulgarian split squats, flutter kicks, air squats, etc....

Optimum is the best protein.. taste wise and clean protein.

Yeah I used Optimum Serious Mass. great gainer with minimal calories from FAT and low sugar (especially compared to other gainers). Good price too, so i'd definitely suggest it if you're looking for a gainer.

Up your mass is probably the best tasting weight gainer.. fudge brownie.. I know this because of friends taking it.. I don't need a weight gainer. But try it out for yourselves... you skinny mofos who want to pack on some mass.

supposedly its no crash like NO due to less caffeine.

right now all i do is NOX before [not every workout, dont want my body to get used to it] and cookies & creme muscle milk[shit is delicious].

^ i went through a tub of jack3d. it gave me terrible headaches and it has 1,3 dimeth in it and from what i read in an article isn't very good for you.

i'd recommend white flood by controlled labs, nothing but clean energy. easily my favorite having used jack3d, no-xplode and superpump 250.

All your meals should be nothing but protein and carbs.

Aim for 20g of Protein per meal, and about 40g of carbs. Fat is irrelevant, just make sure not to eat saturated fats.

Walmart whey protein looks cheap.. hence why it's cheap.. splurge a little and get a 30-40 dollar bottle of Optimum Whey Protein.. it's the best tasting and cleanest whey protein peptides.
