I think you have got the wrong idea of a 'cheat meal'.

Its not something you do every week. Its something you do when bulking and you havnt hit your targeted (and carefully calculated) calorie intake.

ok i'm just under 6'4 and i weigh about 185lbs. im in good shape but id like to bulk a little more while staying lean. i always feel like i look really skinny, but i do have a small/slim frame, especially when considering my height. i take ON whey at appropriate times, also take a multivitamin each day, workout at least 5 days a week (only do cardio about 3) and eat well. if im looking to gain more weight (healthy weight) whats the best thing for me to be doing here? should i be eating specific things, and should i be doing heavy weight w/ less reps or vice versa?

Yeah, heavy weight with less reps. The 'Rest-Pause' technique is great for this.
I'd stop doing cardio 3 days a week, maybe doing 'Spartan Runs' outside once a week.
Eating is going to be the most important part, im not too educated on this but you should be eating 6-7 times a day every 2/3 hours. Your 3 main meals and the rest are small snacks in between.

You should be putting down these #'s daily.
Calories - 3,468
Protien - 151g

Carbs - 542g

Why only 1500?

You can start by drinking tons of water ; no calories, it's healthy, and it'll help keep you full.

I bought a 32oz water bottle from Target for only $5 and I take this bitch where ever I go.

Usually when we think we're hungry, we're really just thirsty and some water will make you feel full.

^ Don't eat 1500 cals, you'll kill yourself. Lower carbs, up the protein, and do some cardio.

It'll take more than that to lose weight, but you have to burn more calories than you eat.

so im around 6'3 and 180lbs. Mostly fat but some muscle because I worked out for about a year then stopped for a year. I was wondering if its possible for me to turn most if not all of my fat into muscle in four months, and what steps I should take in order to do this. I really dont have access to a gym or any equipment right now, but Im open to any suggestions.

6'3 180 and "mostly fat"?! GTFO! lol
But with no access to the gym, I'd say do A LOT of calisthenics (pushups,sitsups,pullups,etc..). Also, do some Spartan Runs and HIIT runs to lose all this fat that your body "mostly" consists of.

word. good looks dude. I know it sounds weird that I have mostly fat but you could totally tell due to signs like hip flare and these belly rolls lol. I just want that shit gone for good. Everywhere else on my body is fine but my stomach, butt, and thighs and I know I cant spot reduce so Im just tryin to find another solution.

Running for a certain distance/time, stopping and doing x amount of pushups and situps continually while pyramiding the amount of pushups and situps up.

I also plan on maybe doing the Ripptoe Routine, I need to build Strength now instead of mass.

How to lose fat for noobs:

I originally posted this in the nutrition forum, but it probably belongs here. You only have to follow three simple rules:

- Workout 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.

Success is 100% guaranteed. There's really not much more to it.

A more elaborate guide is posted later in this thread:

For the dude up top that wants to replace all of his fat with muscle... haha, not going to happen.

^ Take it easy on the pills, and focus on your food.

A good multi-vitamin will be fine, along with some Whey protein. If you have little muscle on your body, you don't need to lose weight. You need to slow bulk and eat clean, high protein foods. Lift heavy, eat like a bear, and get enough sleep.

how can i get bigger legs? ive been working out for about 2 months now (on and off), and i have seen results in my upper body (size + strength), but not really in my lower body. my legs are definitely getting stronger, but they dont seem to grow very much. i do calf raises, squats, and lunges. i take whey protein 3x a day.

anything else i can do? do different exercises? should i just be patient?

^ I would try switching up your routine. You could do a 5x5 program, or 7x3, or 12,10,8, whatever. Just keep training hard and consistently. It takes a while for mass to add up, remember that. Just be patient and make sure everything is in check.

I'm proly at 11% bf. cardio for 2-3 days. should I take a fat burner? if so what's a good one. thanks in advance

Eh... I say bump up the cardio and start doing ab exercises targeting your lower abs. No need for a fat burner.
