Considering the video that came out with Koston through Lakai I'm sure that he may end up possibly starting his own shoe company. Sort of like a sister company to Lakai.

right... because the best thing he could do in a market that is already oversaturated with shoe brands and pro models, in a bad recession, is start a new company.

hes probably going to nike.
April 15, 2009 @ 13:57:23
I dont really see him going to nike or any other shoe brand for that matter. But ur right, new shoes companies never sell well. Look at supra, no one buys them...
April 15, 2009 @ 16:15:27
i heard he is making a new shoe company

wouldn't surprise me if him and Berra decided to start a whole distribution company and sell decks and everything, the Berrics is getting that serious mainstream exposure nowadays, they've definitely got some leverage to pull something like that off

look at the state of the economy when supra started, and look at it now. also, supra didnt sell for shit till the skytop came out, and only hypebeasts wear those.
April 16, 2009 @ 17:59:22
Nike might be a possible choice though
they only have 2 pro models

Anyone know any good websites/shops where I can buy/get more info on mini cruiser boards? My friend got a badass mini cruiser that he said his dad got off some website GFG skateboards or BFG skateboards.com or something like that. Ring a bell to any of you guys?

Kinda looks like this in size:
and he had tunnel wheels just like that. The board also had a pointy tip like that but I suppose his was a more modern version... The picture above is from a "70's" board. Doesn't have that little shark fin on the end + his had griptape. I remember his tunnel wheels being "FATHEAD" but I really dont remember anything else. He told me I should get one and we could cruise around but I'm pretty much a noob. Anyone got some links that can help me out here pretty please with a cherry on top. Around what size would the board above me? Cause its really close to the one he has.

Do you guys know of any stores that I can order them online from or walk in that they might have some for sale? Thanks.

Been skating a mini logo size 7.5 thinking about trying out a size 8 board.

I dont recommend going from a 7.5 to an 8, it will feel so awkward and uncomfortable. Try going to a 7.65 or 7.75 first then move up if you still feel the need.
