i usually rock whatever size 14 skate shoes i can find at zumiez, due to me living in alaska i cant support a local shop because they dont exist. now that i got a debt card i can cop some skate shoes online...theres only one indoor park here, and from what i remember (years ago) it was in a tiny rec center and didnt have shit...fuck alaska

can someone tell me what are the major differences between longboards like sector 9 or those small banana board types, like the old school ones??

i want something to ride from work and home which is only like 2 blocks but don't like riding my bike for that.

I ride longboards, but I don't think those old school boards can roll for nearly as long, it would be like riding a skateboard. Getting a longboard would be really easy to go two blocks.

yea i was actually thinking about buying one of those after christmas. Sometimes when you just want to get somewhere, it's way easier that using a regular skateboard because they just glide and the its fucking fun to bomb hills

practice. I watched mad trick tips, mad of my friends were coaching me and shit but at the end of the day, the more you work on it the sooner you'll get it. Just saying "pop the tail and slide your foot up the nose" doesn't mean anything absractly, you have to just get a feel for it nahmean?

The way i used to practice kickflips was just standing on the board and just doing the flick motion and then try to incorporate that into my ollie

i dont skate anymore but u gotta create momentum with that motion and kick ur front foot out faster if that makes any sense haha

hold on to a fence, or practice on a carpet idk 3 days,

but i needed some new trucks got some indy lows, shit broked of a f****** 4stair, idk man, heeled and tried to land into a nose and my nose truck broke, but a four stair?!?!?

Any tips on help riding mango? My problem is that I can ollie (or attempt to ollie) better when riding goofy but I ride more balanced with regular (but I can't even get the board up).
