Ventures turn worse than pretty much any other truck and are weak. What is the point of a light and low truck when it is a piece of shit?

my best deck yet has been: Krooked, Ricta, Thunder, Bones Reds
For shoes: Vans Chukka Low, Adidas Campus Vulc or a Blazer SB

Fave skaters: P Rod, Koston & Mike MO

what do you guys think of skating Blazer SB's? Hard to get used to I found.


Skating blazers are kind of weird. The lows were kinda bulky in all the wrong spots. The Adidas campus vulcs and the Bruins are better. If you like skating highs though and like the feel of vulc, then it's straight. Still hated skating them.


setups a baker braydon szafranski stay gold 8 with krux trucks, rictas that are flatspotted to shit and reds... shoes are green janoskis, black/yellow kiss blazers, cut down sk8 lo's or p-rod 2's(which i fuckin hate).

fav skater will always be john motta


Amen on John Motta. The kid rips. I think they need to put him fully on Nike since he's pro now.

^ Dan Plunkett rips. Basically all those Skate Mental guys kill it. Even Staba.

Anyone else every try to set up a a zip-zinger/crail board/board bigger than 8 and set it up with riser-pads and huge ass wheel, then try to skate street? I've seen a lot of people doing it recently. Especially on rough grounds and some weird spots to skate. A couple of guys down at the shop said they picked it up from Silas Baxter-Neal and Raven Tershay.

-I skate that spot every once in a while, but that spot is ballsack in Milwaukee. There's better spots. But Silas skates it easy.

Word. I live in Milwaukee, and it was hella nice today. It hit like 50 degrees but the time I was done with class and set up my board. I actually skated our downtown since there isn't that much snow there anymore.
And I feel you with the bearing. I broke 2 doing slappys. But it was a good reason to go and buy swiss bearings.

I just remembered. Don't you guys have that little park underneath the bridge in Chicago? Or is it all snow still? I got a chance to skate that place last summer with some of the guys from Sky High. It's pretty fun for what it is.
