Ollies, moving ollies, shovits and pop-shovits(FS or BS. I personally prefer BS), and manuals.

Then when u think ur ready, move up to flip tricks. Kickflips(don't get frustrated learning these, every skater knows they were hard as FUCK first learning them), heelflips, varials.

This is so true. Kickflips will take you forever to learn. It's one of those tricks you'll get so close to getting, but always fuck up a little bit for a while until you finally get it. Then after that, varial flips and heelflips come easy.

depends on who is doing them...I have seen some clean varials in my time...And i find it funny that, the common good skater can tre flip like nothing, but can't 360 heelflip for shit.

Yeah don't get me wrong i have seen a few people pull them off nicely but i dunno how to explain it i just don't like the look of them. I'd rather see/do a tre flip or just a kickflip anyday.

Edit: Yeah you don't really see many people doing laser flips, i guess it's cos a lot of people find front 360 shuvs harder than back 360's. I certainly do anyway.

7.75 to 7.8 deck....Everybody seems to like girls so maybe start with that...trucks, royals....for wheels 52mm...But it would a lot easier to just ask your local skateshop clerks.

^ how is his time for skating done? He skates because he loves to skate and its fun.. The whole point behind it, he also hasnt lost any touch on his skating, thats why people like him because he has that style of skating! Also video the commander video was sick!

if you watched his game of skate against chris cole youd know he has lost touch on skating, thats why he wanted to play with his tricks because he would have most likley gotten blacked out playing with actual tricks, and all the tricks in his battle comander are basically all the tricks he can do. and just because skatings fun and he loves it doesnt make him good i know plenty of people like that but they still suck and have no sponsors and are going nowhere in skating
