Who's on your roster right now? If you need a TE, I'd say go for it. Ray Rice gets the most touches on offense right now(both rushing and receiving) as the Ravens are on a rush offense style right now. More rushing will hurt Boldin's stats. And since they're playing the Jets this weekend, you got Revis and Cromartie, so Boldin will have a tough time grabbing passes.

that's what i was thinking, put boldin on the bench for this week. made a gamble when i picked up torrey smith.

current roster:
qb: eli manning
wr: roddy white, nate washington, torrey smith
rb: darren sproles, legarette blount
te: scott chandler

bench: big ben, devery henderson, anquan boldin, ben tate, ed dickson

thinkin bout dropping dickson and possibly picking up pettigrew, scott chandler did terrible this week, but he's been doin alright the past 3 games. so idk if ill need anquan, depending on how torrey smith does.

Bills are the only team in NY, real talk.

Them Giants and Jets play in Jersey.

Eagles need some Linebackers, and their offensive line is pitiful at pass protection.

From your line up, I like Sproles and Blount. Scoop up Pettigrew if you can. Keep Chandler for now, see how he pans out.
Get rid of Ben Tate if you can. With Arian Foster back it doesn't matter who the no.2 RB is, Foster will get the bulk of the work.
If you can get rid of Devery Henderson for someone else, I would. Drew Brees has many options with Marques Colston back, Jimmy Graham and Lance Moore. Just look at Devery's stats from the last 3 games. They're significantly lower than the first 2 weeks.
Torrey Smith had one good game, it's a gamble with him. Flacco's been all over the place, he'll be hot for game then ice cold for the next. He's not consistant. And this is coming from a Ravens fan.

Raiders and Niners smokeyface

Raiders had a crazy ass play fake again in the 3rd. Field goal fake that ended up in a TD, caught me off guard.

49'ers gon take it this year. Nobody fina have a chance once they start playin kapernick, dude gon be like rodgers and come out of nowhere and be the best.

Green bay is lookin good too, the only other team besides them and the 49'ers that has a chance for the superbowl is New England.
Oct 17, 2011 @ 22:21
opinions on James Jones?
Oct 18, 2011 @ 04:47
If he's still available in your league...definitely pick him up.

I'm in a 14 man league and there is nothing but slim pickens...literally like nothing worth picking up on a roster anymore.

Thing is with Rogers is he spreads the ball around so much, but Jones Jennings and Nelson seem to find the endzone most regularly this year.

Picked up James Jones, but should I drop Victor Cruz or Nate Washington for him? My other receiver is Anquan Boldin and Roddy White

I still like the Ravens over anyone in the AFC, and the NFC is pretty much NO and GB.

am i the only one who thinks rodgers is a little overrated? or at least really lucky? i mean dude just got thrown on to one of the most talented teams in the league after sitting behind favre. if anything the packers kind of had to wait for rodgers to catch up with the rest of the team. how many young quarterbacks get to sit behind a future hall of famer then given a wide recieving core and defense as talented as green bays. he definitely got put in a great situation.

Dude had a patchwork offensive line...Rodgers is the real deal...I tried thinking the same thing with Brady on the Pats for many years...saying he's a system QB and what not...but I came to realize over time that they are just damn good QBs.

Drop Cruz...Washington is a main weapon for Tennessee...while Cruz is a 3rd option.

Hmm is it worth it to add Michael Jenkins and drop Nate Washington? Jenkins got a good matchup against the panthers and he seems to be trending a lot. Nate did really bad this week and he's been only getting me like 6 points a week. He's consistent, but the number he puts up are low. Although he is playing the colts next week so that can mean something.

So add: Michael Jenkins
Drop: Nate Washington

Any thoughts? thanks
