I'm going to guess you've never played football. 9/10 times a whistle is made you don't even hear it on the field because there is so much other noise. Review the video, Chris Johnson kept his feet moving attempting to make forward progress (After the whistle). Ed Reeed challanged him, met him and did his job, and CJ's injury had nothing to do with this play so I really can't understand why it bugs you so much
i give up on you. i guess the 2 guys on top of chris johnson looking up at the ref while still holding on to him doesn't mean anything
I agree, ravens are a really good defensive unit and such, but they are also [in my opinion] one of the dirty teams of the league. If you remember earlier, they had bounties on Rashaad Mendenhall and Hines Ward.
I hope these images end the dispute about Chris Johnson:
As you can clearly see, his legs are wrapped up so I don't know how his legs could still be churning. Ed Reed could've have clearly drop him to the ground, thus ending the play.
4 ravens to tackle an elusive back? This included Ed reed, terrel suggs, and I believe ray lewis and Ngata. That's two linebackers, a defensive tackle and a safety. I know that it's hard to hear whistles and shit, but come on, common sense plays a big part as well as a measly whistle.
