Given the squad he has, they should of ran away with the league last year. If David Moyes managed that squad they would have won the league with around 2 months to spare.

I don't think he meant it that way. It's that same "it's not what you say, it's how you say it" type of thing. Remember he doesn't speak English so when they translate it, it might sound different.
Dortmund play direct counter attacking football and much of their attacks went through him, I guess that's all he wants.

I really don't know how this will work when Rooney is fit again, because the team looked a lot more fluid with Kagawa behind RVP.

I doubt they'd sell him. Anzhi had a massive bid (>60 mil euros) rejected so I don't see why they'd sell to Chelsea for anything less than a ridiculous amount of money.
