^Don't know if you could say he's totally 'back on point'. Scoring 2 goals against a patchy defense from a team that lies mid table in their league isn't exactly indicative. I still think he's miles off his best, but scoring would have boosted his confidence and he should get better.
October 22, 2011 @ 16:39:48
he'll come good this year imo. The style of Chelsea didn't suit him last year. This year with Mata there's more creativty and I reckon he's gonna bag a fair few assists for Torres this year.

Suarez just did some dirty turn. Guy is ridiculously good. Love watching him play (minus the excessive diving)

x2

6-1 City destroying em. GLORY GLORY CITY... They are forreal! And ManU hasn't dropped points at Trafford in 19 games, this is the biggest defeat in their EPL history.

Can't say that was completely unexpected. I kinda expected the result, but never in a million years I would have predicted that scoreline. Fergie got his tactics wrong, he should have started Vidic instead of Evans. I've never been completely confident with Evans in the defense.

Our weaknesses have been exposed over the past few weeks, most notably against Basel when we were completely outplayed for the entire match. He should have taken the chance to really strengthen the team in the summer, because as it stands we're static and we lack creativity. Over-reliance on our wingers to provide a constant source of attacking threat is optimistic. Especially when playing against a team with strong fullbacks.

Don't get me started on the midfield. Carrick, Fletcher, Park are all utilitarian players with their best attribute being their work rate, with the odd flashes of brilliance every now and then.

I just hope Rooney never gets injured.

LMAO. That is all.

Oh yeah...

I got a yellow card for watching Chelsea / QPR. Gooners must be stoked Drogba will be missing in action.

Sun. was a tuff tuff day but i'll take that loss and know that Chelsea loss to QPR, Arsenal and Liverpool are still behind us. Who cares about one loss when nobody else really gained on us beside Citeh. They'll come back down to earth soon enough. It's just one match not the end of the world

Lmao, complete overreaction to the game on Sunday. We were the better team until the sending off and City just capitalised on their man advantage.

Dominated yes, but we didn't translate that dominance into goal scoring opportunities
Evans is shaky, he always is. I've watched every one of our games so far this season (except CL) and every time Evans starts he's prone to make at least one mistake. Rio hasn't been the same either. Imo Jones should have started for Evans.

don't worry lads tom cleverly is comming back!!!

Ju Young, Park looks like he would do well in the EPL!

What an amazing goal that was. I hope he helps some burden off from Persie being the main striker.

Hell yeah! He played well against Aldershot yesterday. Pogba and Morrison played well too, at least Fergie has options in midfield.
October 27, 2011 @ 21:37:12
Pogba needs a spot on the 1st team. he's been nice and getting much better for awhile now. Evans needs to ride off into the sunset somewhere
October 29, 2011 @ 13:43:10
lololol @ chelsea

van persie is a beast!
October 29, 2011 @ 14:04:26
Best game of the short season so far. Van Persie went in, but idk if Chelski was shit or Arsenal was just better. Lol at the celebration for 3 points though you never see that.
October 29, 2011 @ 14:07:45
*in before chelsea fans coming in here with excuses*

arsenal was just better.
October 29, 2011 @ 18:20:47
What a game!!! Went absolutely crazy when RVP scored the 5th

Loved the celebrations from the players at the end.

Hard game to analyse tactically or anything, as game was just ridiculously open. However thought Ramsey, RVP, Gervinho and Koscielny had fantastic games. RVP is just a beast right now and is linking up fantastically with Gervinho. Ramsey showed signs of his potential pre injury and Koscielny is hot and cold but when he's on form he's fantastic.

Just watching the highlights of the Chelsea Arsenal game and I've got to say Cech should/could have done better on at least 3 of Arsenal's goals.

yea he had a terrible game, but RVP and gerivinho did miss those tap in during the first half. SOme crazy score lines this year...
October 30, 2011 @ 01:58:48
I don't think Cech even touched the ball when RVP scored the last goal. Probably the best goal of the match, along with the one Mata scored.
October 30, 2011 @ 14:37:50
apparently suarez called evra a negro lolol apparently it's not a racist term in parts of S/A and spanish countries
October 31, 2011 @ 19:57:01
tbf negro means black in Spanish which is Suarez mother tongue. Having said that even in english if you call someone a prick it's a lot different to calling someone a black prick.
