yay or nay ?

if you're really short and could get it for less than 300. That setup has to be for a girl. You might be able to do a bar spin but I have no idea if thats why you want a bike with 650s.

i want some nice steel, that can go very, very fast.

build up your leg muscles and this could be any bike. bike speed is limited to the rider's capabilities.

lol @ "riding the track"

its also a broakland not a gtb

who said it was a GTB.
I was simply talking about GT styled frames in general.

and whats so funny about riding the track if u have a bike that nice and ur using cleats , ofcousre i would assume u ride the velo riding a hed 3 on the streets is just stupid.

WAIT ,

I think the urbis is not a fixed gear BUT a single speed , right ?

I say that because I don't see any toe clips.

I'm pretty sure he rides with the hed3 on the street. Broaklands aren't meant to be track machines. Last time I checked they were insanely heavy. With that said, I'm jealous that he can afford/has a custom bike. I could never bring myself to drop that much money on a steel bike unless it was a keirin bike.

You'd rather drop bank on a keirin frame, as opposed to a custom fitted frame? Say what?

You realize a Pista is one of the closest to track geometry frames out there, right? Compared to the Kilo and such.
You want to make that more track...

Remove the threadless fork/headset and put on a threaded fork with 38 rake or less.

Take off the Aerospoke.

It's fixed, but it's a flip flop hub in the back. Most bikes don't usually come equipped with toe clips when you buy them either.

who cares even if they are heavy frames, it's not like hes trying to become legit and start racing. if anything i say keep the hed 3 sell the frame save up and but something better if he does ever ride the velo.

yeah i do realize the geometry is nice.
but that is exactly what i am talking about.
super tight geo (overlap and all), threaded components, less rake on the fork (f barspin clearance)

throw some nice silver components on there, nice mavic/lowpro wheelset.

any ideas? possibly keirin steel or stay italian?

im saying youre a dipshit moron.

by quoting a picture of a broakland pipebomb and saying "beast gts are always the best" do you expect people to infer that
a.youre talking about gtb styled frames
or
b. mistakenly referring to the gtb looking bike. n

ow really think about it.

or i mean i guess we could apply your method to other things from now on and see how it works:

a:[quotes picture of leader] beast pista concepts are always the best

b: thats a leader not a pista

a: who said it was a pista? i was simply talking about aluminum frames with oversized tubing

You're not going to get toe over lap on a 56+ cm bike. Go NJS. I can only think of a few italian steel bikes worth having, most of them cost 1000+ for the frame set.

if we wanna go down that route, I actually started biking in 1985 training wheels all day, drive way corner jumping, and back brake skids is how we do
