Which back in the day are YOU talkin about. Early 80s or mid 90s.

Messengers have the sketchiest jobs. And by rockin a suicide hub, how else did people find out it was gonna be a "suicide hub?"

^ Yea and there are obviously better alternatives. It's called suicide hub for a reason. Why would you take the cheap/shitty route when it comes to your only way to slowdown/stop (assuming you're brakeless)?

And before you even ask, yes I had a suicide hub setup a LONG time ago, it held up, but I never skidded/skipped much on it.

early 90s-late 90s, thats how they rode a suicide hub glued on.

if you jb weld it and tighten it with a Monkey wrench, then its good!
it will only slip under 6000 psi of pressure.
so if your 600 pounds it shouldn't be a problem
you can skid easy and bomb hills.
its not sketchy you guys are just pussy..
with your masi bikes and aerospokes...

haha

I just bought a fuji track. It is a very basic bike. I bought it for $450 cdn. Masi's are nice though. and then there are the bike direct bikes that are cheaper.

so that giant bowery includes xtras?
or is he just taking off some parts from the photo and giving the things in the 2nd photo?

Either way, thats a good steal for a non-stock and parts setup.

Hop on it asap, only problem is whether the size is suitable for your brother.

does anybody know any info on Centurion bikes?

im not into fixies/ bikes at all.

but my dads friend left a bike frame here and never picked it up.
its super light and its a centurion elite 12 i think i gotta look at the frame again

its super clean and i remember him telling us it was a good brand.

all i know is it was made in japan but it was an american company.

i wanna sell it if anybody is interested.

I got a centurion triathalon bike, suuuper pretty.

im using it as a parts bike though cause its full of goodies for my current project-bike.

I found Sylvans to hurt my feet.

Im rockin GR-9s and RX-1s. Both with MKS cages and MKS doubles.

Comfortable as fuck. Feet will never slip out.

idk, been running sylvans for 2 years almost stunt, doesn't seem to hurt. I guess I can't say much as I haven't experienced those pricier rx-1s or found anyone with the gr-9s. my metal clip finally broke at the tip after all this time. getting doubles next. been running the sylvan tracks and still spin silently smooth.

also, never expect cars to see you.

Same with one of my friends. He stays riding Sylvans. But he also rides in thicker shoes (Shelltoes.) I got the RX-1s for the same price as GR-9s, from a friend. I was told they would feel similar to Sylvans, but for me theyre a lot more comfortable...

Gotta say, Syntace Stratos are the best bullhorns Ive ever ridden...
