What are good & reasonably priced saddles at around 40-60$? The stock one on the Kilo is no good at all!
those look exactly like the ebay bikes my friends have bought with different pedals. pretty shit parts but if you're just looking to start off or if youre gonna upgrade later anyways, its a good deal. 58/60cm should be good for you. go try on some different sizes at a LBS if you want to be certain.

you might want to save up some more money first
@guyitsmathew check out mercier kilo tt's. if stock and used, they typically run for around $200, and are very nice begginer bikes imo

you get what you pay for with saddles, i spent 350 on mine but its hella worth it on those all day rides

not really, saddle choice really depends on your butt. For example, I'd take a $30 charge spoon over a $200 b17

no matter what a harder seat is going to be a more comfortable seat in the long run, brooks saddles are nice and hard and made of real leather so your getting quality and comfort a charge spoon has lots of padding and so your butts going to sink into it and after short distance start to get uncomfortable.

Have you ever had a spoon? It has the same amount of padding as an arione or aliante. I agree that a harder saddle feels a lot better (pause) but price doesn't reflect how much padding is on the saddle.
I was trying to say that the shape of the saddle and how your ass likes it affects your comfort much more than the "quality". The more expensive it is, the better it'll be made, but that doesn't garuntee you'll find it comfortable.

I was on vacation in the LA area not too long ago. Took my bike with. I noticed so many young kids (14-17) riding the most flashy fixed geared bikes. I wasn't aware it was still a trend to get deep v's and color coordinate everything. And they never even seemed to ride them, they would put the on the front of buses, or walk them down the sidewalk. Even when they rode, everyone rode on the sidewalk.
I got lots of weird looks when I was riding the streets.
Also, fuck freestyle bikes.
Also, fuck suicide brakes.
youre a fucking faggot, get the fuck off this site, youve already humilitated yourself enough. log off. you were probably getting weird looks cuz youre a midget with harry potter tattoos
