dude sounds bitter. so he's mad that jordan responded to all the people that try to compare kobe to him? and that jordan has no humility in considering himself one of the greatest? like mj ever had any humility or humbleness at all....yeah right. this dude must have forgot who he was referring to. this is the same guy who dissed virtually everyone at his hof induction. he's an asshole of ultimate proportions.

anyway, the writer is wrong. all of those other greats he mentioned (bird, magic, russell, jabbar, wilt) are great in their own right. can't take nothing from them. mj shaped and changed professional basketball and the culture in ways even those guys didn't.

regardless of how many accomplishments or titles* kobe gets he will never be as great as jordan or those other greats listed because he doesn't motivate and make the people around him want to be better like those guys did. those other guys were feared and respected by their teammates and competitors. kobe...not as much.

*titles won while playing with shaq will always be asterisked. yes, shaq was the big dick on those championship teams. kobe was just the nuts.
