I want to eat healthier but I dont know what to bring to school thats easy to make and keep good.
Right now all I bring is an all natural peanut butter sandwich and almonds.
any ideas on what I should take?

yeah try to drink milk, wheat sandwiches, organic peanut butter, clif bars, and white meat sandwiches. If you dont mind cold food then chicken and rice.

add some fruits my nigga. make sure your bread for your sandwiches are whole wheat. maybe bring a small tossed salad if you can
