LeBron would never make a shot like this

LeBron made like the same exact shot against orlando with 1 second hahah

ah, true. got me there.

but how many times has durant done that?
how many times has lebron?

i fully agree with everybody, lebron is the better overall player. dude is a freak of nature. no denying his skill or his impact at all. but when it comes to winning games, carrying a team, taking over, finishing -- kd is the man. and he's only going to get better at it.

Durant needs to gain more mass. LeBron is the most physically perfect basketball player the league has ever seen. Period.

Durant is arguably the best scorer in the league, but LeBron is better well-rounded in regards to defense and offense

lebron is more physically gifted but durant is more skilled. when lebron loses those young legs he won't have much to fall back on because his whole game is centered around his physicality.

LeBron James is the best natural talent the NBA has ever seen. The only knock on his game has been the last minute decisions he's made when the world has been watching. Durant has no fear in the clutch and that's why this is even an argument. Check most of the stats, LeBron's are better. Last summer we saw these two start going at each other in the summer leagues and it was an amazing preview for what I think we'll be seeing in June. If the Heat and Thunder matchup in the Finals then we will see a definitive answer to this argument. Can't wait.

Pause.
But seriously, obviously Lebron is the most athletically gifted player in the league. But who gives a fuck when he can't win when it counts? He'll never be in the discussion with MJ or Kobe or whoever else you want to put in there because he will never have the passion or desire to win that those guys had. Durant has it doe.

Still.....Kobe>Durant>Lebron.....that's how it is now and how it will always be.

Nigga are you retarded he had D. Wade eand Bosh's help

AND THAT CLEVELAND TEAM WAS PLAYING IN THE WEAK ASS EAST

Everybody knows that the real tough competition has been in the West for the past 5-10 years

It's harder to make the Finals when you have to go through the Mavs, Lakers, Spurs, etc

But anyways,

lol i like how because the numbers and the actual game play tells you that lebron is a better all around player but in order to make a point you quantify something thats unmeasurable like "passion" or "desire". how can you say lebron isnt as passionate or has the desire to win those guys have? are you with him in the gym? are you inside his head? did lebron tell you this? im interested as to how you came about that conclusion.

and lebron has lead the heat to wins without wade and if you watched any of the bulls/celtics series last year you would know lebron can do it in the clutch. he had a bad series in the finals, yea clearly. and the east might have been bad the year he went to the finals with the cavs, but he practically beat the pistons (who were nba champions 2 years prior) by himself.

it also doesnt suprise me that its laker fans mostly thats saying all this dumb shit.

and if you wanna talk your shit about all the clutch its worth mentioning how far ahead lbj is in terms of defense. the guy literally plays every position on the floor defensively and even sometimes on offense.

Lebron is amazing on defense, but a lot of his behind the back blocks should be called as goaltending.

There is no player like Lebron. To say someone has his speed, size, power, and his overall basketball IQ would be ridiculous because no one does. He deserves the MVP (most VALUABLE player) not the best scorer award or most clutch person in the league at the moment. MVP is awarded to someone who completely stands out and makes his entire team better by being on the court. Solid role model too, I like that shit he did with Twitter supporting Trayvon Martin. clutch = mvp now?

nah but if you can't be depended on to get the win at the end of a close game then your probably not the most valuable. LeBron is the most athletically gifted player in the league but once those legs aren't as young he won't be as effective.

no, but he will be more effective later in his career than lebron. similar to how kobe is still leading the league in scoring at the age of 33 and vince carter who is not nearly effective as he was when he was younger leaping over everyone.
