I usually wear Adidas Copa Mundial Indoor, which is actually a futsal shoe.



And for running, Reebok the Answer VII's. Those are far from real running shoes though. :D

I've been doing long distance running pretty seriously for like 3 years and I still use those since I don't feel very comfortable in most running shoes I've tried.

any nike free trainers are the shit, thers some new midtop ipod ones that are sick, probly could lift way more with them

I am also in the barefoot crowd. It depends who is working the gym tho...some care some don't.

If I do wear shoes it's usually just my running shoes (asics). I will not do squats with them tho, no side to side stability.

Squats = barefoot if at all possible.
