bodybuilding gets mad hate!!

i'm a huge bodybuilding fan because of the dedication that these guys have to put into the sport. diet, training, lifestyle etc.

obviously all these guys are gifted with great genetics. obviously there are a tonne of drugs involved in the sport as well, anabolic steroids are just the beginning! if you guys knew what the list of all the drugs (and doses!) that your average IFBB pro puts in their body you'd be floored.

i never in my life would want to look anything like these guys, but i just think it's a great sport.

all they have to do is make it to the gym and back, they're paid to workout and compete. I saw a video of Jay Cutler shopping at Costco a while back on YouTube, it's crazy.
