try gaining some muscle to fill out that skin ;-)

About half a year? Maybe less?
that's my routine as of now going for lean mass (recently added 3 sets of deadlifts to my back days). i just really hate going to the gym a few times a week and only doing 12-15 sets, it doesn't ever feel like enough for me.

Are u asking just about jump squats or u asking for everything? If just jump squats, use a small weight and just 2 sets of 10-12 right in the beginning of a leg workout.. If u are asking about everything, what is your goal? To get bigger? Lose weight? Get lean and shredded?
I would run early in the morning and early in the evening when the sun isn't out, and my diet would be 3 meals all were smaller meals that would get me 1/2 full, I wouldn't touch rice unless it was my cheat day the carbs I wouldve got were from whole wheat bread, but other than that I would just be eating smaller portions and avoid really fatty foods

I actually lol'd irl. You were 128 lbs hahahahahhahaha. Thats the average weight of an 8 year old boy or an average woman. Those "gains", if you can even call them that were beginner gains. You could've lifted rocks and you still would've seen strength and size increases.

and dont tell me what to do. my PT knows what he is doing. i dont need to prove myself to some faggot over the internet. im seeing awesome results, friends and family have noticed a huge difference.
and btw, it was 128 to 140 in a span of 7 weeks. gtfo.
scotty, im too lazy to post what excerises i do, but that was just something i did one week. other than that im really happy with the drastic results.

I would run as long as I can, and if im starting to die out I'd walk, eventually each day I go running I Try to push myself further So it depEnds on how out of shape you are. But I would start off by running/walking a mile and if a mile gets easy I'd increase the distance.

Sup guys I started lifting about 5 1/2 months ago and started at whalemode 350 lbs.
I am now 229 Lbs at 6 feet 3 inches and still cutting more body fat while trying to retain whatever muscle mass I have and strength.
If my lazy ass that was delusional as fuck can do it anyone can.
Only I was able to give me my motivation and strength but without the knowledge I was blessed by the great people of this world it wouldn't have been possible.
Thanks to my moms for being harsh as fuck and telling me everyday what disgusting I am because she loved me she told me the truth and now life is much better and it has been less then 6 months.

Okay, I just half assed a p90 program these past couple months. I actually worked out pretty hard, but didn't follow the diet. There are some results but the body fat is dere doe. I'm 6'1 and 175, looking to have a good time.. i mean add another 10 pounds of muscle. After that, I'll ask for advice on cutting. Can someone please help me out with a routine? I have a bench set in my backyard and my neighbor is letting me borrow a squat rack with his weight set.
