- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder

Flip on both sides in the oven. Wait until brown on both sides. cool

^ Your Diet and Cardio is what is going to burn the fat off the most.. for upper body there is tons of exercises Bench(flat, inlcine, decline), Dips, Shoulder presses, rows, lat pulldowns, pull ups, deadlifts, and the list could go on...

you cant spot reduce, you have to lose fat overall and it will come off with time

best upper body exercises are the compound lifts, bench, military press, and hang/power cleans

Practice, failure, more practice.

I haven't skipped rope since fuckin middle school. I picked it up just recently and it's all practice and keeping rhythm without over thinking it. Learning patterns is fun and it's dope to be able to mix it up at the gym or at home.

even though i dont like jumping roping but its been warm up i had to do for a few years, it just takes practice to get better.. Just start out with your regular jumps, then do slower skips just to get the feel of skipping with the rope down and then just continue with it.. Like Sonny said, its just a rhythm that you get better at!

Found a great new bicep workout.. I always seen/read people doing incline curls but never thought about doing em.. But did them and they are one of best ways to curl, i think now.. If you havent done em, do em!

On RFL right now and damn, I'm down to ~140 from 155 after just 5 weeks.

Pants fit all baggy and shit now. On that anorexic steez for a while, then going to bulk back up. I hate that I have a small frame (5'7). Bulky + small = no good.

Honestly, just go by what your body feels like as everyone is different. if youre tired take a day off or if you feel you can do more, do more. Personally, I think you do a bit too much volume wise like 5 chest exercises with 3 bench variations? bench press is already a big exercise using alot of muscle/joints dont need to do 9 sets of it really. Again just go by what your body feels but theres no need to do like 5x8 for squats then do another 5x8 for leg press which aren't really that different of exercises. and wtf at 5x10 forearm curl seems a bit much

tldr: could be a bit overworking

Pootie: In my opinion if you want to have more chest workouts get rid of the triceps... Then Take away the biceps from back day and add in Deadlifts which im not sure why u arent doing.. Then just make a day for arms, which will is good if u are just looking for mass.. I would try that out, if that doesnt fell right then go back but i think u will get better quality workouts that way and not overwork!

my squat is currently at 265 lbs for 8 reps
my bench is 185 lbs for 8 reps

i'm still going up in strength on the current workout, been eating a lot more carbs and just recently began creatine.

i came across the routine from a jay cutler book i was given a few years ago from a coworker who was into bodybuilding.

been debating going with a 5x5 workout but i really don't wanna get any chubbier lol

Drew : What are u looking to do? If u are looking to lower your BF and get shredded then you will have to go on a good strict diet for a bit cause u can see the BF on top or your muscles..

Hood" To keep the same weight, you have to just keep your calorie intake at what you are suppose to eat.. Use a calorie intake calculator to see what your calorie intake should be and if u eat that you will remain around your weight!
