Ankle Braces?

anyone know where to get an ankle brace like this or is that shit part of teh shoe? i've tried the mcdavid "lightweight" ankle brace and that shit was bulky as fuck. could barely get my foot in my shoe.

can anyone recommend non bulky ones?

I use mcdavid lace up for basketball and Nike for football.
