Anyone on the P90X program? Barely through my first week and this shit is insane. I'm currently looking for a low calorie/high protein diet to coincide with the workout plan.
im on day 53, recovery week coming up, honestly harder than i thought it would be to keep up and do it 6 days a week, whatever almost done them im doing insanity
the idea of watching a video while working out at home does not appeal to me at all (ive tried them). being at the gym/weight room provides a more focused environment for me
i've been on p90 for a week, and i'm trying to add in lifting now to TRY and bulk up a bit. anyone have any routines for that? i wanna factor in workouts on a bench, barbell, exercise machine (for pulldowns, butterflies, etc). any advice is greatly appreciated.
did p90 for about 40 last summer and could really see resultss.. right now started up again for about 3 weeks... like folks said here gotta eat right (small but many meals, but its more than just that), take your protein/amino acids as well...
if you follow it though, shit is the real deall... plyometrics jump knee tucks are the mottttthhherrrr...
It's my second day into P90x and I can tell you I'm loving it. My calorie intake is low. Trying to shed the weight I gained from an injury. Going well so far. To the people who quit... You just didn't have the drive. All it takes is breaking your mental blocks to get it done. Can't wait to see the transformation in 90 days.
