Not necessarily. You wont lose muscle by doing cardio, you'll actually become more defined/toned.


you do become more defined and toned, but you definitely lose muscle, or at least weaken muscle development. it's a fact.

If you're already eating healthy try weighted ab exercises. I ate healthy, did HIIT for cardio and my abs stayed the same..not bad, but not where I wanted them to be. Doing weighted exercises such as leg raises and decline sit ups and rope crunches made em really pop out and gave me more definition.

Abs work out is very important and it becomes a problem for many people because the best thing is to give proper time with concentration.

Same here, weighted ab work is good, just make sure not to over do it. Also, form is extremely important
