i know running is good for you, but i'm skinny so im also trying to lift and gain weight, wont running make me lose whatever im trying to gain as muscle?
^ If you are skinny u need to bulk up, eat more calories(good food but more), Heavier weights, less reps, and gets some supps. Less cardio if you are trying to bulk up...
