just regular crunches and reverse is all you need to do. add 10 pounds of weight while doing crunches. key is good diet to show abs.

if you really want a six, keep it carb only after workouts and maybe in the morning, aside from that stick to protein, vegetables, and good fats (avocado, almonds, etc). do cardio for 20 minutes after lifting and throw in plenty of standard ab exercises

Sprinting. One of the easiest things to do and probably the most beneficial on your whole body, and works the abs a lot.

i know running is good for you, but i'm skinny so im also trying to lift and gain weight, wont running make me lose whatever im trying to gain as muscle?

^ If you are skinny u need to bulk up, eat more calories(good food but more), Heavier weights, less reps, and gets some supps. Less cardio if you are trying to bulk up...

Not necessarily. You wont lose muscle by doing cardio, you'll actually become more defined/toned.

if youre skinny, you need to bulk up first to help your body burn calories. you gain the most muscle in your first year of steady muscle bulking. for every pound of muscle you have, you burn an extra 50 calories a day.

eat 6 times a day (3 meals 3 snacks). try to space them out so that you dont eat until 3 hours after your meal and 2 hours after your snack. cut out all the white carbs, fatty meats, and fatty foods.

i know that's all shit you don't wanna hear, but its definitely the quickest and fastest way to cut fat and keep it off. if you think you're on track, checkout Frankoman's 2 Day Ab Workout at MuscleandStrength[dot]com. BUT don't fool yourself and think that by doing this workout and STILL eating crappy that you'll get anywhere. the first thing to fix is ALWAYS the way you eat.

Meh...id replace the jumping jacks with Burpees or double unders...Squats with Pistol Squats, overhead squats, or push presses.....Leg lifts with Toes to bar, and crunches with kettlebell swings or full range sit ups aka sit butterfly style, lay back with your arms extended and sit up touching past your toes.

FULL RANGE OF MOTION IS KEY TO PROPER EXERCISE

I generaly stick to free range chicken, Organic beef, organic pork. I eat a lot of bacon, chicken breast, and whatever beef i feel like ahving that day. Eggs are protien so i tend to eat atleast 2-3 a day. all veggies are good. As far as nuts go, the only thing i dont eat is peanuts (peanuts are actually beans)....so almond butter everything.
