whats the best way getting it removed beside surgery?
i started gaining them when i moved to LA because of my poor diet.

cardio + good diet, pretty much.
you'll have extra skin hangin for a bit, just bench, you'll be buff.

you can't spot reduce fat(unless you do surgery)... so your only choice is good diet + exercise/weight training.

i don't kno if you can easily lose that even by exercising a lot. the only way i know how to get rid of them is surgery. My homie from HS also had the same problem and he wanted to get rid of them. so he exercised, and played football and he was in better shape, lost a lot of weight but still had the boobs. So he got surgery to remove 'em and now he doesn't have 'em any more.

So wrong on some many levels. First Man boobs can be caused by two different things. Either they are just fat or it also can be gynocomastia which is a inflamation of the male mammary gland. If it's the ladder then the only way to fix that is either to have them removed or some body builders swear by certain anti estrogen and anti breast cancer drugs to semi reverse the problem.

If it's just fat then cardio cardio cardio and proper diet will fix that 90% of the time. Other times it's purely genetic and wont go away no matter want you do. I also heard shitty diet or certain types of food will cause them to stay such as a high milk content in your diet and smokin weed can cause them to inflame as well.

cardio and eat right. you DONT want to do chest exercises, that'll just make the muscles under the man boobs big, giving people the appearance that they're even larger. you gotta jumprope, run, or do something to help burn fat
