Yeah, we came this far only to lose. I still love the Tigers though and we'll get em next season. Hopefully we'll win ONE game and not get swept.
The Giants were nice last night too, I won't lie.
What do you think about the Yankees though? Will they make it to the finals again anytime soon?
Yankees are done. A-Rod is a joke, Jeter is good but how many years he got left? Being an A's fan I have been waiting years for teams like the Yankees, Boston, and Texas to do bad. Might have a year or 2 window where that's the case... until they start buying up the entire league (and our players) again.
And as much as I hated the Tigers for beating us, I do like them. Leyland also had good things to say about the A's. Verlander was humble in the game 5 win. Detroit will get another chance for sure.
Gotta root for the other bay area home team though. Closing it out tonight!
