doin chest tomorrow. i've been bulkin up. i was 193 and i've gotten up to around 210.

i normally bench around 185 10 reps but i haven't been maxing out cuz i usually don't have a spotter.

yeah usually most bars weigh 45 pounds alone, curling bars weigh 25

i'll never understand why people are so obsessed with the bench press. smh, 90% of the time when you tell someone you lift, they'll be like "oh what's your bench max?"

spoilers: bench press is the worst exercise for measuring overall strength
