The seated tricept press is the best exersize by far to build mass. Your tricept is 2/3's of you arm so it's an important muscule to build. Here's an example: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/seated-triceps-press I do 120lbs as my max and only weight 150lbs, so i use a spotter for this. Dips are only good if you weighted.
