The dude saying dips is pretty false, while it does work out the triceps, it's predominantly a chest workout.

depends if you lean into it or not. narrow grip bench = tricep mass builder. vary your shit.

The seated tricept press is the best exersize by far to build mass. Your tricept is 2/3's of you arm so it's an important muscule to build. Here's an example: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/seated-triceps-press I do 120lbs as my max and only weight 150lbs, so i use a spotter for this. Dips are only good if you weighted.

Use stretch cords and stand as far away from the hook as possible. Then, bending at the waste, keep your elbows close to your body and extend your arms back. This will kill the triceps... and make them more useful for other sports like swimming

incline hammer french press, bent over rope extensions, one hand overhead ext(with db's). close grip bench(and incline close grip) are nice as well.

the most isolation i ever had was from the seated french press machine
my triceps ballooned after 3 sets suprised
