Has anyone ever heard of the Insanity Workout? I saw this on a infomercial and I was interested. I found the DVDs for download free so i'm going to see if this is worth it or not. Has anyone tried this?

Insanity is basically a circuit, packed with plyometrics. Once you start it, you have to keep doing it over and over, but it does tone you up. You mostly lose water weight imo. Also there are things called torrents to get it for free or your friendly website called google.

If you live in an apartment/compact space, you can try doing bikram yoga, I heard its diesel as fuck.
