How to lose fat?

Calories burned > calories ingested = lose fat
Calories burned < calories ingested = gain fat
Calories burned = calories ingested = no loss/gain

Simplest concept of losing weight. Period.


It really doesn't get any more simpler than this ^. Cardio is the best. More specifically, sprinting. That's where it really hits the stomach area. Yeah, go for time (be able to run for an hour straight at the same pace non-stop) rather than just setting a goal to 5 miles and trying to reach it in 30 minutes if you were just going to run.

lift weights. maintaining muscles will burn extra calories. The bigger you get, the faster fat is burned

you need to start eliminating the foods you prob like such as fastfoods:
-McDonald's
-Burger King
-KFC/Popeye's/Wendy's
-etc.

It's hard to digest most snacks. Eliminate a lot of the snacks you probably eat.

eat Chinese food or pizza like once every 2 weeks or whatever you feel comfortable with.

-start cooking your own food
-Hit the Gym or do your own exercise (cardio)
-the BEST way to lose fat in the stomach is RUNNING, if you start Running 3-4X a week you will see huge improvements in a month or two. Running especially makes you lose plenty of unwanted fat around your sides and thighs.

Running is probably one of the best ways to lose stomach fat. It wouldn't hurt to do P90x ab rippers either. haha. Good luck. I know I'm trying to get that beach body before summer rolls around.

no such thing as spot reduction. if you want to lose fat, you have to lose it all over your body. body works as one. diet+ cardio will help. if you workout try working out in the morning with a empty stomach. do cardio for atleast 30-45min. after 20min of cardio, the stored fat will be used as energy.
