Bump...it's been awhile since I've longboarded, I've been skating recently

I was really into downhill and raced a lot and now I'm getting back into it and hopefully plan on hitting up a few races over the summer.

here are some really good vids:

With skateboards, you can obviously do tricks a lot of tricks. You can also cruise with a regular skate board; you can slap on some larger cruiser wheels too.
With longboards, you can cruise, freeride (sliding), downhill, dance, and carve. You can also do tricks with a longboard if it has kicktails. You can do tricks like pop-shuvits, ollie, and more.

has anyone seen my wife

just wondering what kind of cruiser this is, it looks like a penny board but it has grip tape with a wooden deck, it's quite small. I'm interested in one of these but don't know what it is and what to look for.

Help raise money for the IAVA ( Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America) and have a grand adventure in the process! Andrew Goldsmith, two-time Iraq War veteran and author of Zarqawi’s Ice Cream: Tales of Mediocre Infantrymen, will be leading a crew of veterans on a 900-mile, month-long skateboarding trek along the entire coastline of California in order to raise money for IAVA. IAVA is the first and largest NGO serving Iraq and Afghanistan veterans. IAVA has over 250,000 member veterans and offer a range of programs in the areas of Health, Education, Employment, and Community. Along the way Andrew will be collecting the stories of our nation’s warriors and spreading our message, “The Mission Isn’t Over”, to encourage and empower our nation’s veterans to continue to serve their country and their communities with their unique skills and experience.
