2 play fullback your gonna have 2 do a lot more blocking than a runnin back would ..at less reps thou.. not 2 sound like an ass or nothing but if you are jus tryna stay on jv your bench ,squat, clean, and 40 are fine, but if you tryna go out for varsity you needa step it up kuzz niggs will put you on your ass if your not that strong..even on jv they have stronger people, but get out there and do it..mind over matter.. how old are u

my max on bench is 205
i can squat 270 like 30 times
i dont know what cleans are =/

cleans or power cleans, you do them with a straight bar with rubber weights on a flat platform. clean and jerk too but we never did the jerk part

i actually played RB in highschool ( freshman in college now)
And i gained over 4,000 career rushing yards and 3,000 of those were a tribute to my fullback.
I played in Indiana and the average fullback was about 210, this is because u have to be able to block LBs and some Dline men.
You should focus on Hang Cleans and Bench Press for upper body and quick reaction.
Also Squats, think heavy. Blocking is done with your lower body and arms getting under their pads and driving with the legs.
At 14 ur on the right path.
I was an all-state RB 2 years in a row, top 20 RB in the State, and only weighed 140 throughout high school. although i was benching 250 and squatting 500 so dont think size is the most important but it def. helps.
