Website Not Loading Properly - Shows Basic Text

Alrighty, so I'm not sure how to explain it, so I'm just going to post these pictures to show what I mean about how my pages are loading. This is happening on the hypebeast homepage, the forums, everything on this website. As of now, it has only affected this website and no others. I've deleted cookies/browsing history/everything. I've tried it on chrome and internet explorer and it happens on both.

Our content network (CDN) isn't working properly on your end. I believe it is a network issue and there is nothing we can do about it.

Changing your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 might help. See https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using for details (there are a lot of youtube tutorial available too)
