Appoint music mod PLEASE, problems persisting

I posted this thread a while back http://hypebeast.com/forums/music/173923/?topic_page=1#post-3502508 and Revolver Ocelot claimed he would take action, and ban any member with less than 50 posts posting their own music. The thread was not pinned to warn members and the problem still persists, with no action taken. I would like either myself or Dstyles to be promoted to be the music mod, because shit would actually get done. Please bring in a new mod for the music section, this problem is out of hand.
