I know it was open yesterday... not sure if still is now or not though... so maybe you can get your friend to try now and if he can't sign up, then tell him to keep trying at the start of each week to see if its been re-opened yet or not...

Smae here. He checks everyday but still no luck. It sucks man, I really want hime to join.

On a side note, trolls really hurt my feelings, etc.
