If it's suede, try an eraser. It usually works. If not you could try a cleaner that is made for suede. Good luck.

i got red kool-aid on mine, didnt try to get the stain out either. i kinda like it.

^what color are your clarks? I'm curious as to how red kool-aid would accentuate a pair. Beeswax?
