Snuff,(or anybody who can answer really) Could you comment on the material. I am not at all familiar with Nubuck, and the different pictures look like different materials to me. The pictures of them on the chair look like the material is closer to leather (almost likes a beeswax leather, that scratches and scuffs very easily) but your two pictures of them look closer to a suede material. I have a pair of suede clarks in the sand color, and that combination of light color and suede material means that I don't wear them very often at all or they would be ruined within a month. I was hoping these might be a more maintainable material, something that I could wear more frequently. thanks in advance brother. Edit*: Nubuck is like classic timberland material aint it? Not sure if I want. Snuff, how feel about em, now that you got them? I just received some black denim, and ive been looking for a black shoe, with a nonblack sole. not sure if these should be them or not. wouldn't be mad at more pictures, preferably in black jeans, apc new standards. size 32 waist. lol.

Thanks. I would agree with wearing the hell out of leather clarks. But in my experience suede does not age nor maintain well/they don't look well worn/ they just look dirty.

worn in suede clark db's look like shit for real. they start creasing and start looking a lot more "pointy" because of the creases. although the first 5 wears or so, the shoes look fucking amazing.

they look navy on davidz but theyre really black in person. the material is also nubuck, not suede. the other pictures on this thread are how they actually look.
