Shave every day. Even if you have nothing to shave.. For like a month. See how much it grows in week if you're still not growing anything repeat.

He probably can't grow hair there. Like.. At all. & I don't know if it's a myth or not. But I heard the more you cut hair, the quicker it regrows. I think it's true.. Cause I have friends that shave their uni-brows haha & after like two days it's back

Tis a myth. Hair growth is all about genes. I'm 14 with a full beard and everybody is hairy in my family. When you shave hair it'll sometimes grow back at a different angle making it look somewhat thicker.

Yeah the thicker thing is busted i'm pretty sure. It's like if you shave it and when it grows back your feeling like the angled tip from the blade growing back so that's why it feels scratchy. The color is darker because that's your natural color inside your skin, what's outside can be lighter because of the sun etc.

I just let my hair grow out for real long and now my sideburns are pretty bad ass.
