nice weather, i want to live there (santa cruz)

looking to move down to san fran for august 1, from canada anyone know of anyone looking for a roomate or renting out a room or spot. 21 years old going to ccsf, seems hard to find any rooms open that isnt people pushing 35 or only looking for a female roomate. any tips or suggestions is appreciated.
