damn man, i bought some corn today. 25cents a pop. i thought about how cheap it was when i bought it, and it makes me so sad that people in this world can not eat enough food. i am so spoiled as an american, as poor as i am financially right now. a grim reminder. that last picture, that dirt looks so beautiful.

true true. They're both killing each other and this vicious cycle will unlikely to stop in the future. But the power of Israeli's far superior weapons against Palestinians homemade bombs? come on now...

Then maybe they shouldn't fuck with Israel? aha

But it was his Labrador retriever Hawkeye that really captured the public’s emotions in the photo taken by Mr Tumilson’s cousin, Lisa Pembleton.

yo what the fuck

i dgaf if they're young girls, this shit makes me wanna cave their faces in

I agree.

Sometimes it upsets me that Asian girls are so meek and submissive. I mean she obviously had a mental disability, but anyone else in the class that had any morals should have stopped that. If I ever saw something like that I wouldnt be able to control myself. I really hope that that girls Mother had something to say when her daughter came home with chopped off hair.

Shows that not all police are bad.

I swear that these two pics had me almost crying, not because they're particularly powerful, but as much as I like to demonize cops and soldiers, I lose sight of the fact that they're just human. Thanks for posting these pics.

Another thing I dont understand is that how come some of you think it is sickening and disgusting to hunt dolphins, seals, etc for food? But I can bet money that less than 10% of you are vegetarian? What makes it okay to systematically raise, and kill cows, chickens, pigs, etc. but not seals? I have been to 2 different types of dairy farms; one being a free range, and one being the cows are tied in little stalls (like a parking space) and stand their and eat all day long, being milked, and impregnanted so that they can keep reproducing milk.

Different cultures eat different meats. Why cant we just accept that? It's easy to point the finger when you are seeing the pictures of slaughtered animals, but if you buy it from a nice package from the grocery store, its any better? I just dont get it.

Note: This is completely different from killing endangered animals and wiping out entire species for NON food purposes.

It's probably because people are used to the idea of cows/pigs/chickens being slaughtered for meat to the point of being desensitized, but people aren't used to seeing seals and other animals being killed, so an emotional response is to be expected. People just don't have things in perspective sometimes, thinking their Western standards (watching news of seals being clubbed and crying while eating their Mcdonalds and shit) are supreme. But yah, people shouldn't talk the talk if they don't walk the walk.

Personally, the only reason I get angry at dolphin, whale, and seal killing is that they are all wild animals that are important to their own ecosystems. If they were all farmed i wouldn't really give a fuck.

Easy mang...

I understand what you mean. But nobody is complaining about the ecosystem. They are talking about an animals right to live freely, and how cruel it is, etc. I agree that free wild animals should be left alone (rhinos, etc). But people need to stop crying about the poor baby seals, when the natives use about 99% of the animal. Meanwhile we throw out close to 50% of the food we buy/eat.

I avoid eating meat or meat products (soy milk, margerine, veggie sub, etc) But I am not against eating meat. The only problem I have is the WAY these animals are slaughtered (skinning them alive, cutting off limbs alive, etc). Clubbing might actually be more humane than most people think. I think there should be protocols, the same way we have in North America.
