That's like, really easy. You could probably get a page out (double spaced) on the questions you asked. The key is textual analysis. So what I would do is:
1. Homer's writing style: talk a little bit about the poetic form which Homer uses and then cite some examples from the text. Don't just quote but explain how the quotes relate to your point about Homer's style.
2. Themes: Talk about Hubris, and Love, I'm guessing those are the biggest ones. I haven't dealt with the Odyssey since freshman year in H.S., I did deal with him somewhat freshman year of college, but I wrote on the Iliad. Again use some textual analysis to back up your point, give some examples of Odysseus' trial being punishment for Hubris. Use Penelope as the example of ideal Greek love.
Should be a page easy....
