I seeking an advice frow fellow Hypebeast.

Im enrolled in Chemistry (5 units), General Engineering (3), and Psychology (3) for spring.

I just finished pre-cal. Should I take Calculus I(3) + Workshop(1) considering chem is gonna take half of the week?

How time consuming is calculus? Im not a math genius, but if I study, I'll know how to complete problems by following instructions but I'll probably won't fully understand shit.

Depends on your professor. My calc I class was easier than my algebra and stats classes and I spent less time studying (but not by much). Just make sure you go to lecture and take notes so you dont have to waste time trying to teach yourself outside of class.

I took the basic stats class which should be pretty similar to prob & stats. It wasnt bad but then again im pretty good at math in general.

sjsu was boring as hell. its aite if you're in a good frat (i have some friends in pike, sigma pi). but greek system is still very small and it still is a commuter school. i transferred out

I'm here now due to a limited budget. I might transfer after my second year. Most people go home on the weekends but I work on campus on the weekends so it doesn't really effect me. Other schools definitely party harder. Parties mostly happen on Thursday and Saturday. I tend to stick to the house parties as opposed to the frats. The house parties are solid though. You just have to know people to know where they are. Went over to Santa Clara on the Friday before Halloween and it was definitely more smackin. School's pretty easy right now to be honest. Only problem is balancing 5 days of work with everything else in life. It's probably the 3rd best CSU to go to overall but there are many other schools that would be more fun than this.
And what are the top 5 CSU's in your opinion

I don't think that list is in any particular ranking + it's a bit old. If it were ranked according to difficulty in being admitted I'm pretty sure CSULB and SDSU would be at the top, probably along with Cal Poly SLO as well.

pretty sure that list is old. Lol. CPSLO alumni have higher median incomes than those at all the CSUs and all the UCs except Cal & UCLA i think....

I don't know much about other CSU's, but I've heard good reviews of SJSU. The only problem with SJSU is I feel like everyone in the damn city can just get into it. I've seen under-qualifying students from my HS enrolled at SJSU and it baffles me.

how many people actually take 2 years or less to get out of a community college and into a college of their choice? I see way too many people taking "breaks" from school and needing to take at least 3 years to transfer out

it took me about 2 years and a half to reach the minimum requirements for transferable units, but i'm going to stay and finish out the year since it's a bit cheaper. you could transfer after two years if you don't take any remedial courses and basically just get into the classes you want, which is only getting harder by the semester/quarter.

Transferring to UCs and CSUs is easy if you live in CA and go to CC here and meet the requirements

Rank of CSUs:
Cal Poly
SDSU
CSULB

Does HAAS only offer a general business admin undergrad program? Do they concentrate on any areas of business?

Id go with econ if I were you

they have the grad school program as well. It's business administration, but yeah I'm probably going the econ route. I'm taking CS prereqs next semester, which is all the math shit.
