If you want to do early eaction then you will probably apply between october-december, if not then yeah after the 1st semester is where you would aim to apply.

Lots of people kill themselves at Cornell, plus Dartmouth and Brown both offer a lot of flexibility in curriculum and scheduling which is nice

It really depends on what you want to major in. Certain schools are known for certain programs.

Penn...Good luck.

St. Joes is probably the best imo. Near Drexel, Penn, etc but has the college vibe you are looking for.

But then again I'm not going by major at all; just college experience.

And Penn State isn't going to give you the east coast feel you are looking for; although it is THAT party school.

And Phily has the best college basketball bar non. Fuck the others.
