Oxy is a really good non-prescription brand.

As I grow older, I pay less attention to what men say. I just watch what they do.

Neutrogena works for me and I switch between two products like hools because my skin gets used to products really quickly.

The only thing that worked for me was time and lots of benzoyl peroxide.

Go get a facial..sometimes your face just needs a really deep cleaning.

Also, do you drink alot of water? Thats really important.

Benzoyl Peroxide is really Harsh on skin and irritates the shit out of it..I suggest using something with salicylic acid instead. Or as another alternative, try using tea tree oil. Its a natural treatment for acne. It has both antifungal and antiseptic properties that help clear up acne. Body shop makes some great Tea tree Oil products.

Also, do other small things like wash your pillow cases and wipe off your cell phone. Those things harbor bacteria that triggers some acne as well.

Hope that helps.

When I was in my teen years, I used to be stressed about acne and shit. Tried different things, such as ProActive, which actually made it worse. I just grew out of it once I was 18-19.

Cut out soda, As stated before drinks lots of water...I use St. Ive's apricot scrub... and when you start to develop pimples or what have you just wipe some rubbing alcohol on your face and it should clear up fast. Eating healthier helps to...mainly just make sure you cleanse your body...

i went to the doctor. he gave me some type of antibiotic for it, minocycline. along with Differen Gel, also comes in a solution. the solution is a lot more concentrated, and can burn like a bitch, and dries out your skin more. the gel worked great. my acne cleared up after a couple months of using the combo. oh...and dont touch youre face throughout the day, thatll help too.

Aloe Vera & Vitamin E are gentle enough for your skin but they focus on clearing up scars.

If you have sensitive skin, stay away from Salicylic Acid, Benzoyl Peroxide...those will irritate you and cause breakouts. They're drying agents but they're a bit harsh for sensitive skin. Stay away from those home microdermabrasion kits that Clean & Clear and Neutrogena are selling.

My best advice is to go with a gentle cleanser...usually fragrance-free and soap-free. Try Cetaphil. For toners, go with alcohol free and stay away from salicylic acid once again. Make sure to moisturize day and night, but nothing too heavy because it will clog your pores. So, I suggest to use something oil-free with a sun protectant.

Personally, I have kinda-sorta sensitive skin, so here's my regimen:
Cleanser: Shiseido Pure Deep Cleansing Foam
Toner: Shiseido Balancing Toner
Moisturizer: Body Shop Aloe Moisturizing Cream (with SPF 15)
Mask - I do this once a week: Tea Tree Oil Mask from the Body Shop
I also take a multi-vitamin, as well as Vitamin A, C & E.

Scrubs are okay, but they're not supposed to be used everyday for most people. It's too harsh for your skin.

Contrary what people may believe diet does wonders for your skins. Eat well, cut out the 4x4 in-n-outs daily, the 50 cans of arizona green tea because it's loaded with sugar, and every other processed fat that does nothing for your skin.
