I hope the Hillary clan sees threw her, because from what I’ve read she is all against womans rights. There are far better choices among even conservative woman as far choices for a running mate.

This bitch has 6 kids, and even a new baby. How the hell is she going to have time to take care of a whole country?

i don't think this pick will win mccain the election (i want to think indepedent women voters and disillusioned hrc supporters won't vote for someone just because they're a woman), but it might make it closer than it otherwise would have been...

Mayor of a town of 8,000 and Governor less than 2 years of a state of 200,000. Good pick aesthetically but beyond logic imo.

horrible move on mccains part, yes she might get a few of the hillary supporters, but not many of them. hillary is one of the most prominent democratic figures of our generation. Palin is extremely right wing, gun toting conservative, who is pro-life and has been a life long NRA member.

if they think that obama will not be able to call out her lack of inexperience because of his own "lack." -- there is a major difference between being the mayor of a town with a population of 7,000 then being the governor of the second smallest state in the country for two years -- and being a senator for 4 years and serving on actual foreign relations committees...not to mention his experience in the state legislature

McCain has been coined a "maverick" because of his sometime more left wing conservative views (which have long ceased) - and people think this choice solidifies him as a "maverick" - no it dosent, it just shows that mccain is desperate for attention and shows that instead of choosing an actual running mate, he chooses a mascot for his struggling womens' vote.

holla

Eh I don't know about this.

From what I hear, as far as total state population Alaska is equal to Delaware. So that means as far as executive experience, this woman has more than HB's inaugural favorite Mr. Obama.

Law making sure its all Barack, but compared to running an entire body of people when it comes down to it shes got more experience than Barack and as much as Biden.

Great pick from the McCain camp if you ask me.

All this stuff is just interesting to me none of it matters at the end of the day.

bad person to pick for VP on mccain's part, obama is going to be able to tear her apart.

the vice president's main job is to preside over the senate, biden has been involved in the senate since 1972 and palin hasn't at all.

those are exactly the type of people that mccain is tryin to swag...stupid idiotic people..who would vote for someone based on their appearance rather than on their ability to do a good job.

How could anyone vote for this woman man...she is a complete opposite of hilary...and lets face it..shes not ready to be president..mayb she could b a VP..but mccain is like 72 and he has medical problems..wut if he dies in office..this bitch is def not ready to run an entire country....like seriously wtf

such a gimmick. had this pick been made before the democratic national convention, she would've gotten slammed so hard.

i'm still expecting biden to verbally destroy her sometime soon.

^couldn't agree with you more.

it's just like a high school student council election. popularity contest. very few people are informed on what the candidate's positions are.
