Well done for being the only person outside of the U.S to have converted the actually price gas rate in your country with Americas gas rate

A UK gallon is different to a U.S gallon, I have no idea how different but I recently read that in England we are paying the U.S equivalent of $12.00 a gallon. In sweden its around $18.00. Correct me if i'm wrong, im certainly only a dollar or two out if I am.

In Europe our minimum wage, living costs etc are generally a reasonable sum more than America, but no way is it 3/4 times more expensive to live in Europe than America.

Dont bitch about fuel prices, if you really done like it. Head to wallmart, buy a gun then go put a hole in the skulls of bush and cheney. If not, maybe i'd think twice about purchasing that 15.7litre V28 super duty truck which is really worth buying because it has aircon and it can tow a small island. Just what you need

I just paid 3.73 a gallon for my bike, around $12.75 this time for gas (I fill up once a week).

Honestly, Obama or Hilary will not lower the price of gas. Goldman Sachs a well respected trading firm suggests that prices will reach $200 later in the year. I think if democrats get into office, we will invest in eco friendly energy sources instead of asking oil rich nations to increase their output supply.

While nobody likes paying 4-5 dollars a gallon for gas, considering two years ago it was trading for $25, I think it's healthy for our environment. Remember that Oil is a finite resource, it will eventually run out and I suspect this is why the prices are increasing and will keep increasing in the future; the demand for Oil is increasing around the globe and the oil rich countries cannot keep up with the demand.
