Wife beater under your t-shirt?

My friend at school says it looks better with a wife beater but I don't see the point in it..

I can understand wearing one if you have big girly nipples and want to hide them but other than that..?

Can anyone explain why this would look better?

I wear em to absorb sweat in the summer time and as an extra layer in the winter time.

I understand during the winter, but in the summer, it makes no sense, just makes you hotter tbh..

more layers=more heat

no bra for men.

I wear it because i cant walk out the house without wearing one, just something I've been wearing for a long long time. and yeah it does absorb sweat.
