Haha I just cant seem to get my jeans to fit right according to you guys. I actually tailored these myself a while ago so Im pretty happy with the way they fit me. But just as a hypothetical question, what do you think I should do with them if I decide to get them tailored?


Your jeans should be proportional. Yours is completely out of proportion. I understand that everyone is not a clothes hanger or a perfectly shaped mannequin. But you have to know what works for u and doesnt. If u have larger thighs then the legs shouldn't be tapered so skinny making the proportions of the jeans look totally out of wack. The legs should probably be given a few more inches in width to allow for the fact that the thighs are bigger, and if anything u should taper the bottom hemline. But, most importantly, a profesional has seen every kind of body shape and every kind of hem and tailor of a pair of jeans, if u take it to a profesional tailor and explain how u want it to fit he/she will handle it for u with no problems.

And for the person who asked....

Tailors are everywhere thats not a problem. the problem is finding a good one, because a bad tailor can seriously fuck up your clothes. Higher end depertmentt store usualy either have good tailors on hand or can direct you to a good one.
